新疆蔷薇红景天对小鼠急性肝损伤保护作用的研究

【摘要】 为研究新疆蔷薇红景天对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。采用0.2%四氯化碳橄榄油溶液按10mL/kg腹腔注射造模,以血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性,肝组织中还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及肝组织形态变化为指标,观察新疆蔷薇红景天对肝损伤的保护作用。结果:新疆蔷薇红景天正丁醇萃取物高剂量(3.0g生药/kg)组显著降低小鼠血清AST、ALT活力(P<0.05)以及肝组织中MDA含量(P<0.05)、显著升高肝组织中GSH活性(P<0.05);肝组织变性明显减轻,肝组织结构比较完好。结论:蔷薇红景天对小鼠四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤有保护作用。

【Abstract】 To study the protective effect of Rhodiola rosea L.against acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice,the animal model of acute liver injury was established by intraperitoneal injection of 0.2% carbon tetrachloride olive oil 10mL/kg.Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in serum and malondialdehyde(MDA),reduced glutathione hormone(GSH) in liver homogenate were assayed.The histopathological changes of the liver were assayed.The result showed that the nbutanol extract of Rhodiola rosea L.at an oral dose of 3.0 g/kg/day showed a significant hepatoprotective effect relative to the same extent(P<0.05) by reducing levels of serum aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine transaminase(ALT) and malondialdehyde(MDA) levels,increasing reduced glutathione hormone(GSH).Degeneration of hepatocytes was obviously prevented in mice treated with Rhodiola rosea L.and the liver histological structure was well maintained.Rhodiola rosea L.has protective effect on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice.
